In this video Roberta and Ken Williams show the progress as of June 2025 on their major update of North Star, a Doggersbank 90 by Moonen. The boat, as it looked prior to the upgrade is shown as well as information about why the boat is being upgraded and the current status of the upgrades. The upgrades include new cabinetry in the main salon, new carpets, countertops and more. The existing Garmin electronics are being replaced by Fururno TimeZero navigation software and Furuno radars. The Tjisson monitoring system is shown and replacing with with a combination of the DEIF system and Maretron is explained. Lastly, we show the new hot tub and where it is going. This is only a tiny fraction of all the work going on!

Hello Ken,
I was following another boat (Goleen) in the Nordhavn Atlantic rally to Gibraltar when I found your videos and started following your blog from Sans Soucis. Then Cygnus and now this Doggerbank 90, being Dutch I obviously like your choice and type of vessel and am looking forward to see where she will take you and Roberta in the years to come.
