An email I sent today

Here’s an email that I sent today to the other two boats who are going with us on the Seattle -> Japan (via Alaska, the Aleutians, and Siberia) voyage:

I keep googling, but there just isn’t much written about the Alaska to Japan route.

Roberta and I have been watching the TV show “Deadliest Catch”, just to start familiarizing ourselves with The Bering Sea. The series is filmed in winter, and is hopefully NOT representative of the seas we’ll encounter.
